2、acedintooneoffourregulatorycategories:authorizedundertheStatePlumbingCode,requiredtoobtainanindividualwastedischargelicense(WDL),authorizedtodischargebymeetingtheconditionsofthisrule(licensebyrule(LBR)),orprohibited.Thischapteristhestate’scompanionruletothefederalUndergroundInjecti
