6、thylenediamineasacrosslinkingagent,sodiumalginatehydrogelscaffoldswerepreparedwithcovalentcross—linking。freezinganddryingmethod.ConventionalsamplepreparedusingCaCl2ascrosslinkingagentwastakenascontrols.MAINoUTCoMEMEASURES:Theidealresponseconcentration
7、ofsodiumalginatewasobserved;themicrostructureofalginatescaffoldfortissueengineeringwasdetectedusingscanningelectronmicroscope;thewatercontentandporosityofalginateseaffoIdweredeterminedusingpushingliquidaside;thedegradation/nvitrowasalsoobserved.RESULT
8、S:111e.sodiumalginatehydrogelsfortissueengineeringdermiswerepreparedSuccessfully.Idealreactionthicknesswas2%。porositywas(85.55±0.98)%,thewatercontentwas(95.32±1.24)%,whichwerehigherthanthoseofconlrolmaterials:T11esodiumalginatehydrogellostf12.
