3、efore,manystudiesareturningtowardtheskintissueengineeringapproachtopromoteskintissueregeneration.Skintissueengineeringistheemergingdisciplineofdesignandconstructionofsparepartsforhumanskintorestorefunctionbasedonprinciplesofmoleculardevelopmentalbiologyandmorphogenesi

4、sgovernedbybioengineering.Dermalscaffoldmaterialisoneofthethreefactorsofskintissueengineering.Followingtheguidanceoftheperformancestandardsofdermalscaffoldmaterialsinskintissueengineering,anovelcollagendermalscaffoldmaterialwithnativethree··dimensionalstructureandidea

5、lmicrostructurewaspreparedusingalow·-costandsimplepreparationtechnology.Theparametersofthepreparationwereoptimizedandthepropertiesofthescaffoldmaterialwerecharacterized.(1)ThepreparationtechnologywasdesignedbasedonthetraditionalmethodsofADMpreparationandthematurepretr

6、eatmentsofleathertechnologyusingporcineskinastherawmaterialwhichwasstructurallyandimmunologicallysimilartohumanskin.Thepreparativescaffoldmaterialcontainednoporcinecellsandboreidealmicrostructurebasedonretainingnativecollagenthree—dimensionalstructure.Pretreatmentsrem
