3、Inoptoelectronics,inkjetprinting(IJP)technologyisbeingdevelopedasanalternativetothetraditionaltechniquesfororganicmaterialsdeposition.Inthiswork,wereportthefabricationoforganiclight-emittingdiodes(OLEDs)ontheflexiblesubstratebystudyingtheeffectofasurface
4、chemicaltreatmentontheinkjetprintedpolymerfilmmorphology.Theemployedpiranhatreatmentincreasesthesubstratesurfaceenergyandimprovesthewettability,thusinducingadecreaseintheIJprinteddropthickness.TheIJprintedpolymer(poly(9,9-dihexyl-9H-fluorene-2,7-diyl))is
5、thehole-transportinglayer(HTL)ofahybridstructureinwhichtheotherlayersaredepositedbyvacuumthermalevaporation.Furthermore,inordertodeterminetheeffectoftheIJdepositionmethodonthemanufacturedOLEDperformances,wecomparethemtothoseofdevicesfabricatedusingstanda
6、rdtechnologies.Withthisaim,OLEDswiththesamestructurearefabricatedbyreplacingtheIJprintedpolymerwithaspin-coatedfilmemployingthesamepolymersolution.Theelectricalandopticalpropertiesoftheelectroluminescentdevicesareinvestigatedanddiscussed.Despitethelackof
7、thicknessuniformityinIJprintedfilm,whichisanintrinsic,technologicallimit,OLEDswithIJprintedHTLshowelectro-opticalcharacteristicsthataresimilartotheonesofOLEDswithspin-coatedHTL.13译文:喷墨印刷聚合物在OLED柔性底层的应用在光电子学中,喷墨印刷(IJP)技术已经发展成为替代传统有机材料沉积技术的一种新型技术。在这项工作中,我们
