1、湖北科技职业学院毕业设计(论文)毕业综合实践报告题目:焊接检验工艺学号:姓名:系别:机电工程系专业班级:焊接及自动化技术指导教师:2012年04月20日湖北科技职业学院毕业设计(论文)摘要焊接检验并非只是检查完工焊缝,而是在工程的开始阶段就要涉足,包括焊缝的设计是否合理,焊缝的可操作性,焊接的过程是否规范,焊缝的外观检查是否合格等等。在焊接工作中,每道工序的质量检验是及时消除该工序可能产生焊接缺陷的重要手段。这比在产品加工完成后再来消除缺陷更节约时间、材料和劳动力,既降低了产品成本,又保证了焊接产品质量。所以,焊接检验是焊接结构制造过程中不可缺少的重要工序
