1、万方数据中南药学2010年11月第8卷第11期CentralSouthPharmacy.November2010,V01.8No.11酗焘煞国然黝三级系统指纹定量法评价丹参五波长HPLC指纹图谱孙国祥,王荧荧,孙金山(沈阳药科大学药学院,沈阳110016)摘要:目的建立丹参五波长HPIC指纹图谱,用三级系统指纹定量法鉴定丹参整体质量。方法采用lmHPI£法,以丹酚酸B(SAB)为参照物,于254、265、280、290、326脚下检测,分别确定了45、48、39、36、21个共有指纹峰,建立了丹参五波长HPLC指纹
2、图谱。分别以权重法、均值法和投影参数法整合五波长下各样品的定性定量全信息,基于综合信息用三级系统指纹定量法鉴定10个产地丹参的质量等级。结果8批药材质量基本合格,2批药材质量明显不合格。结论基于多波长整合图谱的三级系统指纹定量法能够对中药系统的化学指纹进行整体定性、定量分析,是评价中药质量的便捷有效方法,可作为丹参质量控制的依据。关键词:丹参;五波长HPLC指纹图谱;宏定性相似度Sm;三级宏定量相似度P,;三级系统指纹定量法;全息整合法中图分类号:R284,0234文献标识码:A文章编号:1672—2981(201
