6、有山有水,适宜打造成一个山水旅游度假村。二、基地SWOT分析优势(S):规划基地靠近南湾湖风景区,南湾物华天宝,资源丰富。南湾山青水秀,风光旖旎。南湾历史悠久,人文厚重。南湾交通便利,通讯快捷。基地紧邻107国道和312国道,另外还有京广铁路、宁西铁路、京珠铁路。同时,基地也靠近恒阳生态园,环境优美,南湾村群山连绵,云雾缭绕,是“信阳毛尖”茶的主产地,名扬海内外。以“信阳毛尖”文化底蕴建设度假村的茶文化培训中心。南湾湖盛产的“南湾鱼”享誉中原,可以在基地上打造一条龙休闲活动。打造的度假村是适合观光、休闲娱乐的好去处。劣势(W):南湾村属于开发的初级阶段,缺乏基本旅游的配套设施,大多数是
