7、凡在本省境内从事人工地基工程质量检测的单位，不分隶属关系，必须经省建设行政主管部门进行资质审查，审查合格者，须试检一年。—年后，经复查合格，发给“陕西省建设工程人工地基工程质量检测资质证”(以下称“资质证”)，方可在规定的业务范围内开展检测工作，未经复查的单位凭省建设行政主管部门批准文件开展试检工作。 2.2 “资质证”有效期为四年。省总站每两年复查一次，有效期截止前三个月可申请复审，合格者持证继续开展检测工作。持证单位要将承揽检测工程的情况、存在问题、处理结果等每半年向省总站书面报告一次。发生重大质量事故的，要及时报告。 2.3 外省、市、自治区的检
