4、,whatoutcomepresenteventswillprobablyhave.Furthermorehehadassurancethathewasespeciallycompetenttowritethehistoryoftheseevents,iffornootherreason,becauseitfelltohislot,whenappointedadvisertothegeneralBelisarius,tobeaneye-witnessofpracticallyalltheeventstobedescribed.Itw
