1、小组合作中如何关注学困生【摘要】“合作学习”是新课程标准的基本理念之一,是同文位交流的有效方法但在实施过程中出现了这样的问题,合作学习中学困生处于被动状态,小组内两极分化严重,造成了教学过程中的不平衡。如何关注小组合作中学困生的活动问题,是语文教师应探讨的话题。本文从三个方面论述了这个问题首先论述了合作学习中确保学困生的参与权激发学习兴趣,培养学困生的参与意识;教育优等生学会倾听,消除学困生的自卑感其次论述了关注学困生的交流权克服学困生怕交流,不愿交流的思想;关注学困生的发言,发现他们的闪光点最后论述了如何树立学困生的自信心和
2、成就感爱是自信的源泉,教师应该对学困生付出百分的爱;成就是自信的催化剂,必须让学困生经常有成就感,体会到成就的快乐。合作学习,确保了学困生的参与权,他们的参与意识增强了;保证了学困生的交流权,他们的积极性调动起来了;树立了学困生的自信心和成就感,他们就体会到成功的快乐,合作学习对他们来说不是难事而是乐事。【关键词】关注;学困生;参与权;交流权;自信心;成就感【Abstract】“thecooperationstudy”isoneofnewcurriculumstandardbasicideas,wasthesametextpo
