1、内容摘要本文针对旅游企业信息化建设中的问题进行研究与分析。旅游业是我国国民经济的支柱产业，但其信息化水平还非常落后，这严重阻碍了旅游业及旅游企业的发展，因此必须进行信息化。我国旅游企业信息化存在的主要问题是：信息化模式单一、缺乏人才和资金、信息孤岛及其他相关问题。通过进行分析这些问题，提出发展信息化的策略，包括网站建设、电子商务、网络营销及人才培养等。通过这些策略，使得旅游企业获得更大的机会，更低的成本和更多的利润。以杭州天际游旅行社信息化建设为例，分析该公司存在的问题，并提出开展信息化的对策。本文得出的结论是：旅游企业信息化建设中存在不少问题，它可以通过
