3、hicle.Thetypeofthehalfshaftcanbedividedintosemi-floatinghalfshaft,threefourthsfloatinghalfshaft,andfullfloatinghalfshaftaccordingtoitsdifferentforcesonthevehicle.Thesemi-floatingisarrangedontheendoftheaxletosupportthehalfshaft.Forceofsemi-floatinghalfshaftis
4、themostcomplex,theworkingconditionsaretheworst,becauseitbesidesundertheenginetorquetothewheels,evenunderthewheelofavarietyofreactionforceandmoment,pronetotorsionandbendingdeformation,eventheplasticityandfatiguefracture.Whenthehalfshaftisbroken,itwillcauseser
5、iousdamagetothepeopleandthecar.Therefore,itsqualityandperformancedirectlyaffectthesafetyandreliabilityofthevehicle.Thethesisstudiesonsemi-floatinghalfshaftofmicrovehicle,useCedratFluxsoftwaretosimulatetheprocessofdrivingaxlehalfshaftcontinuousinductionheattr
6、eatmentqualityofhalfshaftunderdifferentprocessconditions.Thefollowingworkisdonetoimprovethequalityoffollow-upproductsandprocessoptimization:1.Inthispaper,amathematicalmodelofvoltageoftheintermediatefrequencyvoltageandtheinductioncoilvoltageisestablishedbased
