4、n,accordingtorisk15第一条为了有效地规避或降低公司在现货市场原料采购、产品销售（以下简称“商品”）价格波动带来的风险，公司拟开展商品期货的套期保值业务（或简称“套保业务”）。为规范套保交易，防范风险，结合公司实际情况，特制定本操作细则。第二条基本方法：进行期货套期保值业务即在现货市场和期货市场上对同一种类的商品进行数量相等但方向相反的买卖活动，即在买进或卖出实货的同时，在期货市场上卖出或买进同等数量的期货，经过一段时间，当价格变动使现货买卖上出现盈亏时，可由期货市场的亏盈得到抵消或弥补。从而在“现”与“期”之间、近期与远期之间建立一种对冲机制，降低价格风险。第三条进行期货
