1、山东农业大学硕士专业学位论文中文摘要科学技术是发展农业经济、增加农民收入的关键。农业技术推广体系是科技与经济相结合的桥梁和纽带，是实施科教兴农战略的重要载体。建立健全的农技推广体系尤其是基层农技推广体系，是农业经济发展、农民增收的重要保障，是农村改革和农村社会经济持续稳定发展的客观要求。我国以政府推广机构为主体的农业技术推广体系是在计划经济背景下建立的，难以适应市场经济下农民对技术多元化的要求。随着市场经济的发展中弊端逐渐显现，制约了农业技术全方位、多层次的、高效率的推广应用。本文选取山东省滨州市为重点研究对象，对该市农技推广体系的现状进行分析，探索建立适应市场经济要求的新型农技推广

2、体系的新机制、新方法，加速滨州市农业技术推广进程，增强农业竞争能力。全文共分为五大部分。首先是引言，主要介绍了本文研究背景、国内外研究进展、研究内容与方法等。其次，对农业技术推广的相关概念进行界定，并论述了农业技术创新扩散理论、农户行为改变理论、农业踏板原理等理论，为本论文研究奠定理论基础。再次，在调查研究基础上，对滨州市农业技术推广机构组织构成、推广人员结构、推广经费使用、推广工作开展情况、农民对农技推广机构的评价、农技推广模式等方面进行详细的描述分析。然后，揭示滨州市农技推广体系建设发展中存在的问题与制约因素。最后，针对问题，从农业技术本身、农业推广资金投入、推广人员、推广模式、
