1、产业集群论文：基于DEA的产业集群内核心企业绩效评价【中文摘要】以产业集群内核心企业的绩效为研究对象,通过对影响集群内核心企业绩效的内、外部因素的详细阐释,建立独特的绩效评价双层指标体系。创造性的整合DEA(数据包络分析)方法、GRA(灰色关联度分析)方法和AHP(层次分析法)等,使用DEA-GRA评价模型从双重角度对集群内核心企业的整体和部分绩效分别进行深入研究。在对产业集群演变成为四大模式的过程进行说明之后,根据核心企业在集群内的存在状态将研究对象界定为轮轴式集群内核心企业。通过分析竞合关系、文化空间、资产、技术、人员等影
2、响集群内核心企业绩效的内、外部因素,并将其对绩效产出的影响划分为生产经营能力和创新能力两方面,建立全面的多功能指标体系,分别从当前和未来反映企业的实力状况。同时结合多指标投入和产出的需要确定使用DEA评价方法,并融合GRA、AHP分析方法,建立DEA-GRA评价模型,对集群内核心企业的绩效进行宏微观的详尽分析。不但分别评价企业整体和局部的绩效在长时期内的发展状况,并对其相关细节指标需要调整和修正的数量以及企业规模效益进行了详尽解释。最后以一集群内核心企业实体为例运用相关指标体系和方法模型对论文研究思路做出了实证演示。【英文摘要
