3、uirementsandworkinstructionandallothernoticesshallbedoneinEnglish. ThemetricdecimalsystemshallbeappliedintheexecutionoftheContract. ARTICLE2:DEFINITIONS Inthecontract,thefollowingwordsandexpressionsshallhavethemeaningherebyassignedtothemacceptwherethecontextotherwiserequires: “Co
4、ntract”meansagreementsignedbetweentheSellerandtheBuyerincluding:Proforma invoice,instructions,drawingsandotherdocumentsincludesanyarisingadditions,amendments,agreementsandmodificationsmadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties,whichshouldbeincludedherein. “Equipment”meansmachines,equipmen
5、tssuppliedbytheSelleraccordingtotheBuyer’srequirementsinthisContract. “Goods”meansall“equipment”anddocumentationofdesign,engineeringand instructioninerection,operationandmaintenance. “Instruction”meansthetechnicalinstructions,descriptionsandtechnicaldocuments;technologyprocess,sta
6、ndardsforqualitycontrol,tables,designing,drawings,computerprogramsandotherdocuments,whichshouldbeprovidedduringtheimplementationofthecontract. “Relatedservices”meansthescopeofworkandservicesstipulatedinthiscontractandcarriedoutbytheSellerasfollows: Designingworks Instructioninands
