1、洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文）公允价值的应用与研究摘要国际上对公允价值的研究起步较早,有关公允价值的理论在反复争论中不断得到充实.随着经济的发展，特别是衍生金融工具的涌现，历史成本逐渐难以应付局面。为保持信息质量的有用性，各国会计准则制定机构都把公允价值作为衍生金融工具唯一计量属性。尽管有阻力，但公允价值的应用范围一直在不断扩大，从金融工具扩展到其他项目的计量上。从国际上看全面应用公允价值已是大势所趋，而我国对公允价值计量问题的理论研究和实务还比较滞后。我国自1998年引用公允价值，其运用经历了“一波三折”，从无到有，先提倡后回避再应用。而在2008年的金融危机发生后
2、，由于公允价值计量的运用使金融资产价格严重背离其价值，进步加深金融危机的深度与广度，扮演了“经济杀手”的角色。至此，引发了全球金融界和会计界对公允价值的激烈讨论，人们重新审视公允价值。本文在了解公允价值历史发展的和国内外公允价值运用的基础上，重点分析我国公允价值运用中出现的问题并提出了相应的建议来更好地应用和完善我国的公允价值计量运用。关键词：公允价值，应用状况，问题，建议4洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文）FairvalueofapplicationinChinaandresearchABSTRACTOnthefairvalueoftheresearchstartsea
