1、妇女儿童医院高危药品管理制度为规范我院高危药品临床应用，减少不良反应，尽可能避免医疗差错的发生及保障患者用药安全，根据中华人民共和国《药品管理法》、《医疗机构药事管理规定》等法律法规，参照美国药物安全使用协会（ISMP）及中国药学会医院药学专业委员会公布的高危药品目录，同时结合我院用药实际情况，特制订本管理办法。1．高危药品1.1高危药品定义高危药品（High-alertmedications）:由于使用错误而可能对病人造成严重伤害的药品，临床上一般指药理作用显著且迅速、易危害人体的药品，包括高浓度电解质制剂、肌肉松弛剂、细胞毒性药品及抗血凝制剂等。1.2高危药品分级（
