1、Integrinα5β1在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的表达及临床意义作者：常瑞霞　常丽霞　靳双玲【关键词】卵巢上皮性肿瘤；integrinα5β1；淋巴结转移；免疫组化　　摘要目的：通过研究integrinα5β1(整合素α５β１)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达，探讨其与卵巢癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法：用免疫组化ElivisionTM法检测80例卵巢上皮性肿瘤中integrinα5β1的表达；运用图像分析系统进行定量检测。结果：①定性及半定量结果：integrinα5β1的表达按良性、交界性及恶性的顺序呈递减趋势，组间均有显著差异(P＜0.0

2、1)；integrinα5β1淋巴结转移组与未转移组间表达有显著差异(P＜0.01)。②定量检测结果：integrinα5β1表达的阳性细胞面积按良性、交界性、恶性的顺序呈递减趋势，灰度呈递增趋势。结论：integrinα5β1的表达与肿瘤的侵袭、转移有关；integrinα5β1表达下降或缺失，提示肿瘤进展，恶性度高，预后不良；计算机图像分析系统为卵巢上皮性肿瘤的自动化诊断、淋巴结转移及预后评估有重要意义。　　关键词卵巢上皮性肿瘤；integrinα5β1；淋巴结转移；免疫组化　　AbstractObjective：Th
