3、apidlydevelopingnewinformationtechnology.Thispaperintroducescloudcomputingwhichisappliedindigitallibraries,analyzescurrentsituationandexistingproblemsofthecloudcomputingindigitallibrary.Onthisbasis,onthecombinationofcloudcomputing,SaaS,web2.0,SOAandothertechnologies,t
4、hispaperproposesaCALIS-basedcloudservicestrategyandthecorrespondingcloudlibraryservicesplatform(i.e.Nebulaplatform)model.Themodelissuitableforconstructinglarge-scaledistributednetworkofpublicdigitallibraryservices.AlllibraryresourcesandservicedistributedontheInternetc

7、ofcomputers);atlastitreturnstheresulttotheusers.Withthegraduallyincreasinginformationthelibraryhave,itneedmoreinformationstoragespaceandtheinformationresourcesreconstructionamonglibraries,notonlycausealargenumberofredundantinformation,alsoincreasedinvestmentcost.Theem
