1、广东中小企业人才流失成因的分析和对策研究——以广东X家电公司为例摘要:当前,广东省正积极开展新一轮的产业结构调整,促进经济增长方式的转变,在这个过程中,广东中小企业企业面临一个非常突出的问题,那就是企业员工大量流失,人力资源短缺将成为广东经济新一轮发展亟待要解决的问题。文章通过调查、走访和收集材料,掌握目前广东中小企业人才流失的现状,分析了广东中小企业人才流失的原因,提出从转变企业的人才观、建设企业良性的用人机制包括员工待遇机制、薪酬机制、激励机制;加强企业培训、并给员工制定职业生涯规划,构建企
