6、研组新兴产业课题组开展了广泛而深入的调研。现将调研情况报告如下：一、我市六大主导产业基本情况    “十一五”以来，我市大力实施工业强市战略，在做大做强煤炭电力等传统产业的同时，积极发展非煤产业，着力推动由单一煤电行业向多元产业结构转变，初步形成了煤电、煤化工、机械制造、纺织服装、食品加工、陶瓷建材六大主导产业。2009年，我市六大主导产业拥有规模以上企业360家，实现产值459亿元、利税71.5亿元，分别占全市工业总量的66%、86.8%、95.6%。今年一季度，六大主导产业增加值占全市工业的比重达90.3%。    （一）煤电产业。目前

7、，我市共有煤电生产企业49家（其中煤炭39家，电力10家）。2009年，全市原煤产量4172.3万吨，洗煤950万吨，发电量66.9亿度，煤电产业实现产值244亿元，占全市总量的46.1%，较2007年的61.7%，下降了15.6个百分点。“十一五”以来，我市煤炭产业发展加快，产能大幅提升，新建矿井11对，在建矿井5对，预计2010年原煤产量可达4400万吨。由于受国家宏观调控的影响，我市电力产业发展不快，但随着临涣煤泥矸石综合利用电厂二期2×30万千瓦、大唐虎山电厂2×60万千瓦项目的开工建设，我市的电力生产能力将得到恢复与提升。    

8、（二）煤化工产业。近年来，随着临涣煤焦化一期220万吨焦化项目及联产20万吨甲醇项目相继建成投产，我市以煤焦化及其焦化副产品回收加工为主的煤化工产业已经初具规模。2009年，全市
