2、因素,观察产褥期心理干预对降低产后抑郁症发生率的影响。方法:将郑州市妇幼保健院产科建卡孕产妇478例随机分为干预组265例与对照组213例,两组均接受护士的常规心理护理,出院时给予出院指导及健康教育。此外,干预组在整个产褥期还接受研究者根据心理研究模式给予的心理干预。结果:通过心理干预的孕产妇发病率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施心理干预模式能有效改善孕产妇在产褥期的抑郁焦虑情绪,帮助其渡过产后的情绪不稳定阶段,减少产后抑郁症的发生。关键词:产妇心理问题产褥期抑郁症心理干预统计学方法locatedintheTomb,DongShenJiabang,deferthen
