4、theusersandtheirperceptionofservices.ThedatawereobtainedfromGoogleAnalyticsreports,interviewsandfocusgroupsaboutvisitstowebsitepages.Theresultsshowhowmuchcurrentuseofresourcesandservicesareusedtomakeimprovementsinthedesignandcontent.Keywords:usagestatistics,designofWebpo
