6、e:nomoreapprovalbookshipments.Weimplementeddemand‐drivenacquisition(DDA)programsforbothelectronicandprintbooksandputbroaderpatron‐drivenacquisition(PDA)programsinplacetomeetourusers’needs.TheCrisisourserviceorientationhasshiftedfromcollection‐centrictoengagement‐centric,andUniversit
