1、小儿紫癜性肾炎肾病综合征型的中医辩证分型与肾脏病理分型相关性的临床研究中文摘要目的：探讨小儿紫癜性肾炎肾病综合征型中医证型与西医肾脏病理类型的相关性。方法：通过对90例紫癜性肾炎肾病综合征型患儿的临床观察，参照国家中医药管理局“紫癜”“水肿”的中医证型标准，确立中医证型，同时通过肾脏穿刺活检明确病理类型，采用统计学方法进行分析其之间关系。结果：1、紫癜性肾炎肾病综合征型西医肾脏病理光镜分型在中医证型中的频数分布差异具有显著的统计学意义。2、紫癜性肾炎肾病综合征型肾脏病理免疫荧光在中医证型中的频数分
