3、计（论文）浅谈保险业的外勤人才需求摘要：目前，中国保险市场竞争非常激烈,对人才的需求量很大。保险公司在内勤方面用人比较固定,数量上也有严格的控制,一般采劝用“定岗、定责、定编”的原则,如果合同到期时有人被淘汰或者自动离职,会很快进行补缺。但保险公司对于承担着保险业务拓展工作的外勤人才部分的需求量非常大。在保险公司,外勤属于业务一线,要经受定期考核,考核不过就会被淘汰,比例非常高。此文主要以中国人寿保险为主介绍保险业人才的现状及保险业外勤人员需求的特点，阐述了保险行业外勤人才需求出现的问题并尝试结合实际提出一些相应的解决措施。关键词：中国人寿保险，外勤人员，人才需求TheAnalysisof
