1、xxx开展妇联干部扎根工程培训为认真贯彻市、县妇联关于在村大力推进妇联组织贴心扎根工程的文件精神，引导妇女干部扎根基层，围绕大局、贴心群众做好妇联工作，xx镇妇联8月31日在镇会议室召开全体妇联干部培训会。50各村的妇代会主任参加了培训。培训内容包括妇女信访代理、科学建家、妇女议事、巾帼志愿服务、基层组织建设等方面的内容。会议重点强调了当前的妇女信访代理工作，要求各村妇女干部深入每家每户搞好信访稳定工作排查，对排查出的问题及时归类，能在村级解决的结合村干部尽快解决，不能解决的及时向镇妇联汇报，切实做好妇女维权维稳工作。
