1、根据国家旅游局日前发布的《旅游饭店星级的划分与评定》(GB/T14308-2010)实施办法(以下简称实施办法)，任何饭店以准X星、超X星或者相当于X星等作为宣传手段的行为均属违法行为。以后再打线路广告时，‘准四星’、‘超五星’等类的词都不能用了。谈及新星标，驻济一家旅行社负责人表示，原来旅行社业用将准×星级来推行程中的非星级酒店，以后这种擦边球将不能打了，游客也会因此得到更为准确的线路产品信息。旅行社业内人士透露，在今年4月份，国家旅游局在推出新版旅游合同时，已明确表示禁用准&tim
