1、摘要随着经济的发展，市场机制和企业的观念也在随之转变。传统制造业企业也正在向现代制造业企业转变，从而造成企业对营销人才的需求也有了重大转变。原有的营销人员己不能够适应企业的发展，制造业企业正逐步从需要多专多能的营销人才转为一专多能或者是又专又精。这就促使招聘者不断转变自己的观念，紧随制造业企业的变化对营销人才需求的影响来招聘营销人才。因而对制造业企业应如何科学的，有效的，招聘到合适的有能力的营销人员成为越来越多学者关注的焦点。论文首先对销售经理招聘的一般理论进行了阐述，介绍了招聘的概念、意义，招聘的一般流程、人员的甄选的方法和渠道的选择等内容，重点介绍了招聘方案的概念、内容和一
2、些著名企业的招聘方案，以及营销人员的招聘现状，营销人员的素质要求等内容。其次，本文以BL服饰公司作为具体对象进行研究。从招聘的一般理论入手，结合BL服饰公司的具体情况、实际需求和现行的营销销售经理招聘方案，对BL服饰公司的营销销售经理招聘方案进行了研究。重点分析了BL服饰公司营销销售经理招聘方案中的问题和问题产生的原因，针对BL服饰公司营销销售经理招聘方案中不完善和不合理的地方，运用相关理论，提出了解决对策改进意见。最后结合公司的具体情况提出改进对策实施的配套措施。关键词：BL，服饰公司，销售经理，招聘方案，研究；AbstractWiththedevelopmentofecon
