1、506例胸腔积液临床分析【摘要】目的探讨恶性胸腔积液细胞学结果与临床的联系及cea对恶性胸腔积液的诊断价值。方法对506例胸腔积液涂片细胞学、部分恶性胸腔积液cea检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果本组506例胸腔积液中，可见癌细胞42例，腺癌细胞41例，鳞癌1例；其中肺癌29例，胃癌4例，卵巢癌3例，结肠癌2例，乳腺癌2例，食道癌1例，肝癌1例。21例恶性胸腔积液cea检测结果19例异常升高。结论恶性胸腔积液多是肺癌所致，且多为肺腺癌；胸腔积液cea检测有助于恶性胸腔积液诊断。【关键词】胸腔积液细胞学肺腺癌中图分类号：r561.3文献标识码：a文章编号：
