2、isorganizationalguaranteetoachievethestrategicgoalofenterprise.Saleisveryimportanttoenterprises,too.Ifthesaleofanenterpriseisbad,itmeansthatthecorporationisgettingworseandmaybeitwillnotsurviveoneday.Therefore,enterprisesattachgreatimportancetosaleandstrengthenthesalesstaffsmanagement.However,inChin

5、pecificcaseanddesignssalesstaff'sperformanceevaluationindexsystemforcivilchemicalcorporations;chapter5designstheprocessofperformanceevaluationandgivesoutrecommendationsonthespecificimplementationofperformanceevaluationsystem;chapter6advisesenterprisestoestablishsupportsystemsforperformanceevaluatio

6、n.Therearetwobasicthinkingmodesinthispaper:inductionanddeduction.Bothcriterionstudyanddemonstrationstudyareconducted;bothquantitativeandqualitativemethodsareemployed.Thisinnovationismainlyembodiedintwoaspects:thetaskperformanceofsalesstaffincivilchemicalindustryisassessedfromoldproductssales,newpro
