2、programmingmethoddevelopedbytheinternationalgeneralscale,thescalewasdefinedandtheframeworkofscalewasestablished.Thetaskforcesetsupanentrypoolandgetsapresurveyscalecontaining78entriesthroughculturaladaptationandlanguagetests.Clinicalinvestigationof200caseswerecollectedsamples(100healthypeople
3、,100casesofpatientswithmyastheniagravis),theuseofexpertevaluation,dispersionanalysis,factoranalysis,stepwiseregressionanalysisandinternalconsistencyanalysisandothermethodsofpresurveyscalescreening.[results]screeningitems,combinedwithexpertopinion,adjusttheframeworkofscale,MGandPROgettheforma
4、lscale.Theformalscalecontains52entries,whicharedividedinto4fields:physiology,society,psychology,treatmentand8aspects.[Conclusion]MGandPROscalereflectstheWHO(WHO)specialissue,theconnotationandthemyastheniagravispatientsonqualityoflifeofhighfeasibility,itisconsideredthatthescalefortheassessmen
5、tofpatientswithmyastheniagravis.Patientreportedoutcomes(patientandreportedoutcomes,PRO)scaleasthefeelingsofselfassessmenttoolshavebeenrecognized.Foreigncountrieshavedevelopedsevereamountofqualityoflifeinpatientswithmyastheniagravis,suchasMGQPadua[1-2]developedMullins[3]development,MGQOL,andB
6、urns[4]developedMGQOLscale.InChina,thereisalackofcorrespondingmeasurementscalesformyastheniagravispatients.XueZhiqiang[5]byBurnsMGandQOLscaleofpatientswithmyastheniagravis,butnotforthevalidityofreliabilityevaluationofthisscale,andbecauseofculturaldifferences,thescaleisnotnecessarilyapplicabl
