2、onCommittee,therelevantunits:Inordertoregulatethestate-ownedinvestmentprojectconstructionbiddingactivity,accordingtothe"People'sRepublicofChinaBiddingLaw","Tianjincityconstructionprojectbiddingsupervisionandmanagementregulations"andotherrelevantlawsandregulations,weherebymakethefo
3、llowingsupplementaryprovisionstotheconstructionbiddingactivities:Thebidevaluationactivitiesshallbeconductedbythebidevaluationcommitteeestablishedaccordingtolaw.Thebidevaluationactivitiesofstate-ownedinvestmentconstructionprojectsaccordingtolawmustbecarriedoutinthetangibleconstruct
4、ionmarket.Two,thebidevaluationexpertsshouldberandomlyselectedwithin24hoursbeforethebidopeninginTianjinconstructionprojectbidevaluationexpertlibrary.Three,theimplementationofclosedbidevaluation,inadditiontothemembersofthebidevaluationcommittee,supervisionpersonnelandthestaffinthebi
5、devaluationarea,anyotherpersonnelwithoutpermissionshallnotenterthebidevaluationarea.Four,thebidevaluationrepresentativeandbidevaluationexpertsseparatebidevaluation.Five,accordingtothelawmusttenderthestate-ownedinvestmentconstructionproject,theimplementationofthelistofquantities,no
6、bottombid.Thetendereeshallpreparethetenderofferpriceceiling(biddingpricecontrolprice)inaccordancewiththerelevantprovisions,andpublishit3daysbeforethedeadlineofbidsubmission.Six,thetechnicaltargetevaluationcontentshouldincludethemainbody,keypartsofconstructiontechnologyandqualityas
7、surancemeasures,engineeringconstructionscheduleandsafeguardmeasures,civilizedproductionsafetyandenvironmentalprotectionmeasures.Seven,thebusinessbidreviewcontentshouldincludethetotalpriceofbidding,constructionmeasures,projectquantitylistproject,theamountofbillofquantitiesintegrate
