2、作人员能够正确办理最高额抵押权设立登记业务。 最高额抵押权与一般抵押权都属于广义的抵押权范畴，二者在登记上存在很多共同的地方，正因如此，《物权法》第207条才规定：“最高额抵押权除适用本节规定外，适用本章第一节一般抵押权的规定”。这就意味着，除非法律、法规对于最高额抵押权有特别规定，否则最高额抵押权的很多内容可以适用《物权法》关于一般抵押权的规定。例如，依据《物权法》第185条第1periodicallycheckthesecuritysystem,checkthespecialprocesswithimplementationofthepermitsystem.5,securi
