4、wnsurvivaltsothecontroversybetweenintuitionalismandwelfarismgenerated。Welfarismgivesmoreattentiononpovertyreduction,ontheotherside，intuitionaiismgivemoreattentiononSustainabledevelopmentoObviously,iftheinstitutionsthemselvescannotensureitssustainability,itismeanin
5、glesstotalkaboutthegoalofaffordinglong-termservicesforthepoortohelpthepoor。ThereforeinstitutionalismismoreprevalentoToachievethesustainabledevelopmentofthemicrofinanceinstitutions，wecannotignoretheeffectiveincentiveofloanofficers。So,inthispaper,Iwilldosomeresearch
