3、institutionsattachgreatimportoicetocustomerincentivebutneglectingtheincentiveofloanofficers,whichisthestartingpointofthispaper。Thenatureofthemicrofinanceistohelpthepoor,sothemicrofinanceinstitutionshavetwoobjectives;tohelpthepoorandtoearnenoughprofittoensuretheiro
4、wnsurvivaltsothecontroversybetweenintuitionalismandwelfarismgenerated。Welfarismgivesmoreattentiononpovertyreduction,ontheotherside,intuitionaiismgivemoreattentiononSustainabledevelopmentoObviously,iftheinstitutionsthemselvescannotensureitssustainability,itismeanin
5、glesstotalkaboutthegoalofaffordinglong-termservicesforthepoortohelpthepoor。ThereforeinstitutionalismismoreprevalentoToachievethesustainabledevelopmentofthemicrofinanceinstitutions,wecannotignoretheeffectiveincentiveofloanofficers。So,inthispaper,Iwilldosomeresearch
6、onthedesignofstaffincentiveschemesfortheloanofficersofmicrofin如ceinstitutions。Inthispaper,themainconclusionsofresearchare:First,kisnecessityandimportanttodesignandimplythestaffincentiveshamesforloanofficersofthemicrofinanceinstitutions;Second,thebasicprinciplesfor
7、staffincentiveschemesarefairandtransparent;Third,astep-by-stepapproachtothedesignofstaffincentiveschemesforloanofficersincluding:definetheincentivescheme'sobjectives;decidehowmuchthemicrofinanceinstitutionsiswillingtospend;choosethefrequencyofthepayment;selectthei
