1、南京工业大学硕士毕业论文摘要随着我国经济的发展，人民生活水平不断提高，城市化进程不断加快，机动车的数量迅速增加，使得城市交通越来越拥堵。城市轨道交通因其方便、快捷、运载量大等优点成为目前最受欢迎的交通工具。但是，城市轨道交通自从运营以来，不断发生交通事故，使得地铁运营安全受到全世界极大的关注。所以，找出城市轨道交通系统中存在的安全隐患并对整个系统进行全面的风险评估工作显得尤为重要。城市轨道交通系统全寿命周期包括前期规划阶段、施工建设阶段、运营阶段以及报废退役阶段。本文将着重研究运营阶段的安全风险评估问题。首先分析国内
2、外城市轨道交通系统安全风险评价问题的研究现状，总结目前应用较广泛的各类风险评估方法的优缺点，并确定本文将要使用的方法。然后统计分析自1970年以来世界各国发生的交通事故，辨识威胁地铁运营的安全隐患。同时，结合国内外现行标准建立一套系统的城市轨道交通运营系统风险评估指标体系，并应用德尔菲法和层次分析法获得指标的权重。为了使评估方法更完善，再结合可拓学的评价方法，构建基于多级可拓的地铁运营风险评估模型。最后以南京地铁1号线为例，进行地铁运营安全的风险评估工作，并对评估结果进行分析，验证论文所采用的评估方法的合理性和可行性
