1、全面提升小学生语文素养的实验研究课题结题报告全面提升小学生语文素养的实验研究”课题结题报告一、课题的提出《九年义务教育语文课程标准》在论述语文课程的性质和地位时指出：“语文课程应致力于学生语文素养的形成和发展。”同时，在“课程的基本理念”中特别强调：要全面提高学生的语文素养，“九年义务教育阶段的语文课程，必须面向全体学生，使学生获得基本的语文素养。”在实施素质教育及新课程改革的大背景下，全国各地许多学校潜心提高和培养学生语文素养已积累了丰富的经验，但距离新时代学生发展的需要，距离新课标的目的和要求，还需要加大实验和研究力度，大力
