6、广场建设单位:宁波海曙恒开广场开发有限公司设计单位:宁波中鼎建筑设计研究院勘察单位:宁波市岩土工程有限公司施工单位:华恒建设集团有限公司监理单位:宁波保税区工程建设监理有限公司监督单位:宁波市建筑工程安全质量监督总站宁波市海曙区恒一商业广场项目工程建筑面积98000平方米,结构层次为地下两层,地上为四层框架结构,建筑主体高度23.8M。专业工程概况:本工程包括给水系统、消防系统,冷却循环水系统、管道绝热及安装、污废水、雨水系统。水源为市政管网供给;引入管径为DN﹥100时为球墨铸铁给水管,市政进水压力为
7、0.14MPa,地下二层及以上一层、二层生活用水由市政管网直供,三层~顶层由地下室变频供水设备供水。地下室商业生活水泵房内设生活变频供水设备一套和冷却塔两台补水泵,主泵CR32-4-2三台,两用一备。地下设商业生活水池两个,均采用装配式不锈钢水池,水池旁设水池消毒器1个,溢流及放空管口设防虫丝网。给水管采用钢塑复合管,DN≦100丝口连接,DN≧100沟槽机械配管连接。外刷银粉漆两道,生活给水系统阀门工作压力1.0MPA。消防系统阀门工作压力1.6MPA。室内排水采用污planning,andgover
