1、精品文档中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法实施条例（二）Article35Thefollowingproceduresshallbefollowedwithrespecttoanimalsorplants，theirproductsorotherquarantineobjectsthathavepassedquarantineinspectionbytheanimalandplantquarantineofficeattheplaceofconsignmentuponarrivalattheportofexit：

2、（1）animalsshallbesubjecttoclinicalquarantineorre-quarantinebytheportanimalandplantquarantineofficeatthepointofexit；（2）forexitplants，animalorplantproductsorotherquarantineobjectswithoriginalmeansoftransportfromtheplaceofconsignment，clearanceshallbegivenbythee

3、xitportanimalandplantquarantineofficeuponexaminationofthecertificates；forthosethatchangethemeansoftransportforexit，clearanceshallbegivenuponchangeofcertificates；and（3）forplants，animalorplantproductsorotherquarantineobjectstoberepackageduponarrivalattheexitpo

5、rtanimalsorplants，theirproductsorotherquarantineobjectswhichhavepassedthequarantineinspectionoftheportanimalandplantquarantineofficeattheplaceofconsignmentaretobetransportedtotheexitport，thedepartmentsoftransportationanddepartmentsofpostsandtelecommunication

6、sshalleffectshipmentanddeliveryonthestrengthofthequarantinecertificateissuedbytheportanimalandplantquarantineofficeattheplaceofconsignment，andnofurtherquarantineshallbeperformedbyotherquarantineorgansinthecountry.ChapterVTransitQuarantineArticle37Thetransit（
