1、益气养阴和血宁络法论文：益气养阴和血宁络法治疗难治性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的临床研究【中文摘要】探讨应用益气养阴、和血宁络法治疗难治性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(RefractoryImmuneThrombocytopenicPurpura,RITP)的临床疗效。方法：根据益气养阴、和血宁络法拟方(由黄芪、熟地黄、三七粉、鹿角胶、羊蹄根、仙鹤草、水牛角、肿节风组方)。参照1986年12月首届中华血液学会全国血栓与止血学术会议关于RITP诊断修订标准,并结合临床纳入患者42例分成2组,其中中西药治疗组(糖皮质激素+中药汤剂)22例；单纯中药组20例。以4周为1疗程
2、,观察至少3个疗程,并逐一评价益气养阴、和血宁络法在难治性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜治疗中的临床疗效、血小板计数及激素撤减等的作用及地位。结果：中西药治疗组3个疗程：显效9例,良效6例,进步5例,无效2例,总有效率90.90%;中药治疗组3个疗程：显效3例,良效7例,进步6例,无效4例,总有效率80%。血小板数中西药治疗组由治疗前(32.95±21.55)×109／L上升到(96.39±70.22)×109／L；中药治疗组血小板数由治疗前(32.35±17.31)×109／L上升到(55.30±34.25)×109／L。中西药治疗组强的松用量由(24.25±14
3、.17)mg撤减到(14.71+13.97)mg,激素服用人数由22人减至17人,即5人摆脱激素治疗,转入单用中药治疗,并取得良好效果。结论：本研究结果证明益气养阴、和血宁络法可有效控制RITP患者临床出血表现、提升血小板计数、帮助激素撤减等,其疗效确切、副作用少,患者依从性好,为进一步开发中医药治疗RITP提供了确切的临床研究基础。【英文摘要】:Toobservetheclinicaleffectsontherefractoryimmunethrombocytopenicurpura(RITP)treatedbysupplementingqiandnour

5、dministrationofglucocorticoidsand/orotherimmunosuppressiveagentscombinedwithChinesemedicinedecoction(theformgroup).Theother20patientsweretreatedonlybypureChinesemedicinedecoction(thelatergroup).Onetherapeuticcycleproceedingwas28days(fourweeks).Alltheindex,includingclinicalefficacy,
