5、SMEsthanforlargeenterprises,especiallyforlessdevelopedregionsofthehighercreditmanagementconditions.1.2SMEguaranteeisdifficultatpresent,thecountryhasalocalSMEcreditguaranteesystemforsmall,oftenlocatedinthesamesecuritycentercities,countyrarelyopened,enablingenterprisestoseekguaranteesdi
6、fficult.Coupledwithsmallenterprise’sownstockofsmall-scaleoperationsgenerallylowerpropertyinsuranceenterprisesforaguarantee,needtoapplyforpropertyassessments,registration,insurance,notaryandothercomplexprocedures,involvingmanydepartments.Thecomplicatedprocedures,sothatenterprisesstrugg
