1、关于组织实施中铁二院工程集团有限公司环境、职业健康安全管理体系内审的通知集团公司各部门、单位、项目部、地勘公司:目前公司环境、职业健康安全管理体系手册、程序文件及第三层次文件已经发布，体系已进行试运行阶段，为了验证体系文件是否符合环境、环境职业健康安全管理体系的标准和要求，验证体系是否可以有效运行，经研究定于2011年9月26日至9月29日组织开展环境、职业健康安全管理体系内部审核工作，此次内部审核工作将覆盖体系覆盖的所有部门、单位、地勘公司及部分项目部（含EPC项目部），内部审核的具体安排见附件一《中铁二院内部审核实施计划》。为顺利组
2、织开展此项工作，现将有关事项通知如下：一、本次内部审核分6个小组进行，实行组长负责制，审核组长对本次审核负总责，负责编制公司内部审核实施计划，报管理者代表批准后实施。小组长负责本审核小组内的审核工作的协调安排，分配审核任务，审核本小组的审核计划及检查表并组织实施。内部审核员负责内审计划表、检查表的编制，并负责实施审核工作。二、各审核小组应坚持原则，认真收集被审单位与环境、职业健康安全管理体系运行相关的证据，做好记录，做到逻辑清晰、重点突出。theprimaryanalysisofsoilphysicalandchemicalproper
