1、地理“分层教学”课题实践在当今义务教育的普及时期，教育机会人人均等，但学生的具体情况却各不相同。如果仍然按照传统的教学模式，依照统一的标准进行教学，既不符合学生的现实情况，也难以达到教育的目的。针对这种情况，结合平时的教学经验，本人对初中地理的“分层教学”进行了一定的探讨与实验，经过一段时间的实践，获得了一定的成功。具体来说主要有以下几个方面的感想：一、“分层教学”符合教育学的一些基础理论1.分层教学能顺应学生身心发展的客观规律在人的发展过程中,由于受到遗传、家庭、环境等因素的制约,每个人的发展存在着不同的差异,心理学称之为
2、“个别差异”。又由于各个学生的生理条件、受教育的具体情况不同,同一年龄的学生,在心理发展速度和面貌上又具有显著的不同,形成学生的个性特点。针对这些差异,教育者对学生进行分层教学，区别对待,既争取使大多数学生达到培养目标,也有利于造就一批优秀的学生。2.分层教学的精髓是因材施教思想因材施教是公认的优秀传统教学原则之一,贯穿于我国古代教育史。孔子说：教育学生要“视其所以,观其所由,察其所安。”alliedmechanicalmaintenancegroup,lawnmaintenance,plantprotectiongroup
