6、···················13III山东大学毕业论文摘要企业的管理离不开沟通,沟通渗透管理的各个方面。在当今信息化社会中,有效沟通显得尤为重要。沟通就是为了设定的目标,把信息、思想和情感在个人或群体间进行传递。掌握有效沟通的方法和途径并有效运用,能够让每个企业克服沟通的障碍使其更具有影响力,同时也能够把自己的理论更顺利地实施,使企业快速的发展。作为管理者,掌握必要的沟通技巧能够为企业创造良好的工作氛围,有效的沟通能够业的经营目标努力。使上下级之间迅速准确的了解必要的信息,激励企业所有工作人员同心协力为企业创造更大价值。然而在现代企业中,沟通成为制约企业发展的重要因素,沟通是企
