1、六盘山片区（景泰县）区域发展与扶贫攻坚规划（2011-2020年）序言实施连片特困地区区域发展与扶贫攻坚，是新时期国家扶贫开发的重大战略，是扶贫方式的重大转变，是统筹城乡区域发展、保障和改善民生、缩小发展差距、促进全体人民共享改革发展成果的重大举措。为促进我县连片特困地区区域发展与扶贫攻坚工作，根据中共中央、国务院《中国农村扶贫开发纲要（2011—2020）》、国务院扶贫开发领导小组《关于下发集中连片特殊困难地区分县名单的通知》精神和国务院扶贫开发领导小组办公室、国家发展和改革委员会（国开发办〔2011〕111号）文件精神，结合《景泰县国民经济和社会发展“十二五”规划》，特制定本规划
