1、湖南工业大学本科毕业设计(论文)摘要在机器中常常遇到的轴类零件是很典型的零件。轴类零件主要用来负责传动零部件,传送扭矩和承受载荷。轴类零件是回旋体的,其长度大于直径,其中个别是由同心轴的圆锥面、外圆柱面、螺纹和内孔及相应的端面所组成。根据其构造形状的差异,轴类零件可分为阶梯轴、光轴、曲轴以及空心轴等。轴类零件中工艺规程的制订,直接关系到劳动生产率、经济效益和工件质量。单个零件能够有几种不同的加工方法,但较合理只有某一种,在制订机械加工工艺规程中,须注意以下几点。在零件图工艺分析中,首先需理解热处理、零件构造特点等技术要求,并要钻研部件装配图,产品装配图及验收规范。
