4、hisoperationalimmediately.1.Weunderlinethatclimatechangeisoneofthegreatestchallengesofourtime.Weemphasiseourstrongpoliticalwilltourgentlycombatclimatechangeinaccordancewiththeprincipleofcommonbutdifferentiatedresponsibilitiesandrespectivecapabilities.Toac

5、hievetheultimateobjectiveoftheConventiontostabilizegreenhousegasconcentrationintheatmosphereatalevelthatwouldpreventdangerousanthropogenicinterferencewiththeclimatesystem,weshall,recognizingthescientificviewthattheincreaseinglobaltemperatureshouldbebelow2d

6、egreesCelsius,onthebasisofequityandinthecontextofsustainabledevelopment,enhanceourlong-termcooperativeactiontocombatclimatechange.Werecognizethecriticalimpactsofclimatechangeandthepotentialimpactsofresponsemeasuresoncountriesparticularlyvulnerabletoitsadve
