2、endifferentcountriesinthefieldofschooleducationinastronomyandastrophysics,anannualcompetitioninthesesubjectshasbeenorganizedforhighschoolstudents;thecompetitioniscalledthe"InternationalOlympiadonAstronomyandAstrophysics”(IOAA).TheInternationalOlympiadonAstronomyandAstrophys

4、ed.Hereunder,theterm"MinistryofEducation"isusedintheabovemeaning.Theorganizingcountryisobligedtoensureequalparticipationofallthedelegations,andtoinvitealltheparticipantsofanyofthelastthreecompetitions.Additionally,ithastherighttoinviteothercountries.TheInternationalOlympiad

5、onAstronomyandAstrophysicsisapurelyeducationalevent.Nocountrymayhaveitsteamexcludedfromparticipationonanypoliticalgroundresultingfrompoliticaltension,lackofdiplomaticrelation,lackofrecognitionofsomecountriesbythegovernmentoftheorganizingcountry,imposedembargoandsimilarreaso
