6、OYforstaffofficers.Theendofunifiedleadership安庆市二级综合医院评审标准实施细则（2012年版）《安庆市二级综合医院评审标准实施细则（2012年版）》，是根据卫生部《二级综合医院评审标准实施细则（2012年版）》标准，参照《安徽省三级综合医院评审标准实施细则（2012年版）》评审方法制定。根据安庆实际，删减了卫生部《二级综合医院评审标准实施细则（2012年版）》中部分“可选”章节。适用于安庆市二级综合性公立医院，其余二级医院可参照使用。一、评审结果表达的方式（一）评审结果采用A、B、C、
7、D四档表达方式。Ａ-优秀Ｂ-良好Ｃ-合格Ｄ-不合格判定原则是要达到“Ｂ-良好”档者，必须先符合“Ｃ-合格”档的要求，要到“Ａ-优秀”，必须先符合“Ｂ-良好”档的要求。（二）标准条款的性质结果评分说明的制定遵循ＰＤＣＡ循环原理，Ｐ即plan,Ｄ即do，Ｃ即check，Ａ即action，通过质量管理计划的制订及组织实现的过程，实现医疗质量和安全的持续改进。由于标准条款的性质不同，结果表达如表2。表2标准条款的性质结果anti-Japanesepatriotism.Undertheinfluenceoftheparty,Zhu,Wan
